Tower Neo 10
It’s a key corner: the intersection of Diez Canseco Avenue and the Vía Expresa, in the Miraflores district. There, the studio —in collaboration with Borasino Arquitectos— was tasked with designing modern housing units of 60 m² and 100 m². The challenging context required two starting points: stepping the tower down toward the neighborhood, and creating a barrier facing the Vía Expresa. On one side, the building transitions from 18 stories —the maximum height allowed— to 13 stories as it approaches the avenue. To meet the second goal, the concept of an interior world was developed to enrich the residential experience.
