Madreselva

This is a project that was conceived and developed with a sustainable focus. It aimed to start a new chapter in a historically significant neighbourhood. In the late 18th century, the blocks now bounded by Grau and Piérola avenues, the Vía Expresa, and the descent to the Costa Verde were known as "el Pampón," an area that even housed old circus tents and, in the early 19th century, began to be subdivided to become the home of tram workers and their families. Therefore, before the Madreselva building, it was a place with many stories and a vibrant neighbourhood life.
