Sustainable Terrace
The Sustainable Wood Terrace showcases the vast diversity of Amazonian tree species from Peru, enveloping the space and connecting users with the forests and their sustainable management. The exhibition highlights the importance of making responsible purchases of wood products from legal and well-managed sources, preferably certified. The terrace features FSC-certified woods and engineered wood products to optimize the responsible use of timber, meeting strict international quality standards. This achievement was made possible thanks to the support of the National Forest and Wildlife Service – SERFOR. The proposal is complemented by vegetation surrounding the project and its areas, reinforcing the natural concept of the design.
