Ronald McDonald – Conjuntos House
The Ronald McDonald-Conjuntos House (RMC) in Lima is an extension of the global charity organization Ronald McDonald House Charities (RMHC) and plays a vital role in the lives of families facing the challenging situation of having a child with health issues requiring medical treatment in Lima, but lacking the necessary resources. The conceptual proposal for the project begins with the reorganization of the program to separate the residential areas from the visitor, administrative, and service flows. The proposed expansion consists of elongated volumes connected to each other, enabling the organization of outdoor spaces and the creation of new areas for recreation, leisure, gatherings, rest, dining, prayer, and more, with the necessary degrees of privacy for each zone.
