Arica 1090
Our architectural project for Arica 1090, developed for Morada, defines the relationship between the building and the city with modernity and sustainability. Its contemporary design seamlessly integrates into the urban fabric of the neighborhood, standing out for its commitment to community quality of life. The distinctive corner volume and diagonal columns create a setback structure that extends from the semi-basement to the street, while the central courtyard and open corridors promote private-public interaction and ensure natural ventilation and lighting in all residences. We transformed the building's setback into an open area with benches and gardens, creating an enriching public space that strengthens community bonds.
