Polo Mixto
The Polo Mixto project, located on El Polo Avenue on a 2,500m² site, integrates commercial, hotel, and office uses. The building is organized into an open commercial plinth, a curved hotel volume elevated from level 5 on two central structures, and stepped offices with terraces. The plinth is conceived as a public space, featuring green areas and a park on level 4. Exposed concrete, ironwork, and concrete louvers define its authentic, durable character, while internal courtyards and voids create a stepped garden with strong visual and spatial connections.
