S4N70
Located in San Isidro, just steps from the Lima Golf Club, S4N70 proposes a new way of living in the city through architecture that responds to its context. Its L-shaped layout organizes two towers: one facing the street with golf course views, and another oriented toward a central courtyard. Exposed concrete and black ceramic brick screens define its material language, prioritizing efficiency and environmental comfort. The project embraces sustainability, integrated greenery, and passive technologies, offering timeless, efficient architecture that connects with Lima and its immediate surroundings.
