Torres Paz
Torres Paz is a Vicca Verde project in the La Viñita neighborhood of Barranco, reinforcing its vision of sustainable architecture. The building features innovations like gray water recycling for irrigating green areas on balconies, planters, terraces, and patios, as well as centralized gas for energy efficiency. Its spacious interiors offer high ceilings, natural light, ventilation, and views of both the park and internal greenery, fostering community living. Green spaces filter and oxygenate the air, promoting residents' mental well-being. Common areas, including a reception, sports equipment washing zone, and parking for bikes and motorcycles, encourage a healthy, active lifestyle. The green-pigmented concrete façade, designed with precision and vertical cables for climbing plants, integrates nature and architecture, evolving with the urban environment.
